SHIPPING POLICY

Zamani uses a range of delivery methods, and the costs are as follows:
Inside the UAE – Free courier delivery on all orders.
Outside the UAE - Delivery by FedEx, DHL, or UPS, to be calculated depending on destination. Given
the valuable nature of our products, both as jewelry and items of antiquity, we reserve the right to
not ship to certain destinations, and in such cases a full refund will be processed.
Our international delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and order destination. If you are
receiving your order outside of the UAE, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through
the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. It is possible for some orders to
experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held
responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
